Virginia State Fair 2025 - September 26 - October 5
Deliver to Betsy Kessler August 27 or August 29 - Make an appointment for drop off (information in Roster)
Registration for the 2025 Virginia State Fair will open in June 2025 - details on State Fair competitions can be found on the State Fair website or by clicking here. Your are responsible to electronically enter your items on the website and our guild representatives will transport them to and from Richmond. . Detailed information on drop off and pick up will be available at a later date.
Betsy would like you to let her know if you are planning to enter something in the State Fair. Email her at eakelerb1947@gmail.com.
Paperwork information: Include 2 copies of registration attached for each entry with a small color picture (printed on paper is fine). Circle item on front of form for that picture and staple picture to back of one form with picture facing out. Place both copies of form with each individual item. Items must be in a clear plastic bag of some sort (Do not label bags or tape bags).Betsy is willing to take other Creative Arts State Fair entry items (knitting, cross stitch, etc,) but they won't be receipted by the State Fair until the Sept 12- 13th turn in dates. Items must be packaged appropriately for storage.
