The Registration Form for the 2026 Virginia State Fair should be posted on line soon. The 2026 Adult Competition Guide has been updated and the Adult Quilt Show is now a separate listing! You must register online at the State Fair Website or by clicking here.
Quilt Entries deadline is Sunday, Aug 23rd.
Turn in your Quilts on August 25 -27th to Mary Ellen.
Quilts will be delivered to the Fairgrounds by Tuesday, Sept 1st
Quilts will be picked up from the Fairgrounds on Wednesday, Oct7th. Details of when you will pick up your quilts is to be determined.
Our new State Fair Guild Representative is Mary Ellen Triplett please, contact her at Missydog570@gmail,com if you have any questions & to coordinate drop off your items!
Paperwork information: Include 2 copies of registration attached for each entry with a small color picture (printed on paper is fine). Circle item on front of form for that picture and staple picture to back of one form with picture facing out. Place both copies of form with each individual item. Items must be in a clear plastic bag of some sort (Do not label bags or tape bags).
