Join us for a different quilting adventure. Come join and share your knowledge and curiosity about modern quilts. This group is open to all members, will focus on modern quilting, and meets on Zoom
We meet on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 7:00 pm—8:00 pm with a 6:30—7:00 social time. If you do not get a guild email prior to the meetings, please contact Technology Officer at [email protected] Purpose: to explore Modern quilting techniques and characteristics. Each month we will explore one of the hall marks of modern quilting with demonstrations or video. Participants will be encouraged to make a quilted block by playing with that technique to show at the next month’s meeting (our Show and Tell). We will record meetings for those who can not make a particular month. You will need your membership password to access the videos, Click here for videos or go to the bottom of the page.. Everyone is invited to join us for our Modern Row By Row Quilt Along sponsored by the Modern Study Group and the Great Britain Modern Quilt Guild. We will meet on the third Saturday from September through June as we plan, learn, and execute a modern row by row.
