Before you know it, these weeks, days and time will soon fly by and the quilt show will be upon us! If you haven’t been busy making your entry for the Quilt Show Challenge or to exhibit your quilts in general at your quilt show, then you best hop to it because we need you to participate! To register, your entry we MUST have a photo of the entry attached to the registration form. Just take a photo, print it on paper in B&W or color (doesn’t matter) just so we can recognize the quilt from the photo. Your entry doesn’t need to be completed all the way to take the photo, if we can recognize your entry then that will work. BUT, when you turn in your entry for exhibit, it MUST be 100% completed, including having a 4” sleeve sewn on the back of your entry in order for it to be hung. If anyone needs help with taking a photo of your entry please contact Karan Fisher, Lola McCracken, Betsy Powell, Grey Castro, Debby Coleman, Darlene Price or Christie Prenger so we may assist you. Their contact info is in the TQG Roster.
ADVERTISING! We are seeking members and businesses to consider placing an advertisement in the TQG 2018 Quilt Show Program. If you have a business (quilt related or not), work full time at a business or know of a business, please help us in gleaning advertisements. The advertisements help to cover the expense of printing the program. An advertising form is provided for your use. I will also have them available on the website and at Chapter meetings
Should you have any questions, contact Karan Fisher @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
