Lot's of good stuff going on at the Guild meetings in April!

The Saturday Chapter will meet on April 7 with a program on Quilted Post Cards. Supply list includes:
  • 7” square of Pellon 70 Peltex Ultra Firm Sew-in Stabilizer or a thick/ stiff interfacing, scraps or theme for postcard front
  • Sewing machine and threads, small cutting mat optional, rotary cutter and small scissors.
  • Guild will supply the card stock and mailing sleeve.
  • Finished postcards will be 4x6
The April Night Chapter will meet on Monday April 9. The program will be  a Cutting Extravaganza! Bring your stash of scraps or yardage, cutting board, rotary cutter and a ruler. We will cut scraps into usable squares and strips that you can then trade or donate. If you are not a scrap saver, donated fabric will be available for you to cut.

For all Chapter members, don't forget to check out the library for a book to start your Library Challenge quilt. You still have 4 months to participate. See the April Newsletter for details on participation.
